Convenient location makes exploring Rome easy.
The soundproofing was poor, and I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. The bed was quite uncomfortable with a sagging mattress. There were issues with the air conditioning not working properly.

The location, while a bit rough around the edges, allowed easy access to popular sights within walking distance.
The bed situation was a real letdown-comfort was non-existent with a sagging mattress that rolled us inward. The air conditioning was full of dust, causing a delay in comfort until we cleaned it ourselves. Add to that a clogged bathroom drain and a lack of decent soundproofing, made it hard to get a good night's sleep with outside noise and thin walls. We also faced the disappointment of being moved to a room that didn't accommodate our original request for twin beds, which ended up costing us breakfast that we were expecting.

Leandro was super helpful and gave awesome tips for exploring nearby sites like the Colosseum and St Peter's Basilica. The location is perfect for walking to attractions, and the serene ambiance made it easy to unwind after a long day out. Don't miss trying the pizza place he recommended!
The check-in process was smooth, but the shared kitchen could use better organization for a more pleasant experience.

The Triple Room with Private Bathroom was surprisingly quiet, even with its awesome central location. The room was really clean, and the comfy ambiance made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Plus, we had a great view! The owner, Leandro, made sure we had everything we needed, a nice touch. It's also cool that you can grab coffee anytime in the shared area. Definitely a solid stay!

comfortable stay with minor inconveniences
The apartment is conveniently located, just 11 minutes from Roma termini. The room offered great space for two. The cleanliness was commendable. I appreciated the free coffee, milk, and mugs in the shared kitchen, which enhanced my mornings. The city view from the window provided a lovely backdrop to my stay.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
The location was convenient for sightseeing, but the amenities lacked. The only shared breakfast option was a single espresso machine, quite disappointing. The room was cozy but felt cramped with thin walls. I recommend checking the kettle beforehand!

It was just a reliable pick for a short visit in Rome with very good value for money. The location is great for walking to attractions, making exploration easy. Check the kettle in your room. Ours didn't work initially.
